Thank you for considering Heart Centered Multi - Age for your child. We provide multi - age, differentiated, instruction to children ages 4 through 8 in Bristol, New Hampshire. Children move through the curriculum at their own level and pace while discovering and learning through their senses.
Children learn best in a fun and exciting environment. Learning to be honest, kind, and cooperative, but calm in one's own body are all lessons of the heart. These basic beliefs set the tone for all daily interactions between students and teachers. The early elementary years of a child's education should prepare them not only for the academic challenges ahead, but also provide them with the tools to live socially adept and inwardly happy lives.
Our curriculum is entirely differentiated to meet all of our learners where they are developmentally. While we all may be studying the same topic, the depth and breadth of study completely depends on the learner and their current level of learning.
Learning at Heart Centered Multi-Age does not stop in the classroom. A foundation of our program is outings into the community and nature. An example of these outings include shows to the Capitol Center for the Arts in Concord and the Silver Recital Hall at Plymouth State, along with apple picking, hiking, skiing, gardening, community service opportunities and much, much more!
Calm and compassionate learners are the ideal for which we strive. Through a school day tailored around the rhythms of childhood, with time for concentration and time for gross motor play, children are given the tools to regulate their bodies and minds and become engaged learners and citizens.
Many families feel that their children are ready for a full day Kindergarten program; others cannot make arrangements to pick up their children after half day Kindergarten. Our program provides a solution to these concerns!
With the average cost of a half day of daycare being 25 dollars per day, our program makes the most sense financially. For a little over 30 dollars a day your child will receive a full day of educational instruction and programming from 7 am to 5 pm daily. We are one of the most affordable programs in the Lakes Region
