Summer Letter

Dear Families;
I hope that this finds you enjoying summer, extended daylight, campfires and afternoons at the lake! We have been trying to make the most of these easy days, sleeping in and being a bit lazy! I am writing to you today with a few housekeeping issues as the first day of school will be right around the corner.
Enclosed you will find any necessary paperwork that needs to be filled out before the beginning of school. Please return it to me at your earliest convenience.
All children must have current Well Child Exams and up to date immunizations on file at school. Please request these from your physician and return to me before the start of the school year. Most children have their Well Child Exam near their birthday. I need a copy of their last exam as long as it was within the last 12 months. Once they have their next exam, I will need a copy of that too.
We will have a back to school ice cream social at the park on Wednesday, August 20th at 7:00 pm. Please bring the whole family and come out for an evening of fun at the playground. This will be a great opportunity for families to meet Teacher Netta! Please RSVP so that we can plan accordingly.
The first tuition checks are due on August 1st. Please mail them to Jennifer MacDonald, PO Box 471 New Hampton, NH 03256. We do not receive mail at school.
As of this writing, we do have a few K-1 openings available for the fall. Please continue to spread the good news that is HCMA!
Please consider helping us with the move into our new and beautiful space. We will be preparing for the move on Friday, July 25th at 7:00 pm, and moving and cleaning out the old space on Saturday the 26th, starting at 8 am.
